    We’re glad you asked! It’s so easy, simply head over to our Instant Site Builder form, fill in the required relevant information about your book and yourself. You’ll also need to upload 2 images (one for the cover and one for the back), click “Create Now” and that’s it. Just check your email, follow the steps to preview your Book Site, pay and smile, you’re live online!

  • ?Do I need to pay extra for hosting

    No, hosting is included with your EasyBookSite. You should own a registered domain through a domain hosting company like Godaddy.com, Hover  or Google Domain.

  • ?How do I get billed

    You choose! Pay $10/month or save 17% and pre-pay for the entire year at $99.00.


  • ?How can I cancel and get my money back

    No problem, you can cancel directly from your account at anytime thru the site admin and the bottom right button "Manage Account". Please contact us with any issue.


  • ?Can I buy a domain for my BookSite here

    Not at this moment, we currently do not sell or host domains, you can buy one at any domain registrar such as Godaddy, Google Domains, Namecheap, etc. Read here a step by step to connect book domain to your Easy Book Site. 


  • ?How can I update my billing information

    Easy peasy! Log into the site admin and click Edit > Once in the editor theres a "Manage Account" button on the right bottom.

  • ?What type of payments are accepted

    Currently we accept all mayor credit cards, including: Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

  • ?Where can I purchase a domain name

    You can use any domain registrar of your choice. Easy Book Site will connect with most registars that allow DNS management, particularly, we work well with Godaddy, Hover and Google Domains.

  • ?Can I add a secondary domain to me BookSite

    Not at this moment, we only provide connection to one single domain. Your domain host or registrar company may be able to redirect your main domain to another of your choice, please inquire directly with them.

  • ?How can I edit my BookSite content

    Log into: [dashboard URL link] with your username and password. Click Edit next to your site. In the builder, simply click and replace images or double click and edit text, it’s so easy anyone can do it!  

  • ?Can I add more text or other plugins

    Currently it is not possible to add more widgets to your BookSite. We are still in Beta and will probably offer more advanced features down the road. The product is a Google friendly, lightning fast, mobile-ready instant BookSite that will allow you to quickly share, sell and promote your book with the world. 

  • ?Where is my BookSite hosted

    We host all the sites on our AWS (Amazon Web Services) servers and provide 99.99% uptime. You can always contact us for more detailed info, check status of operations here using AWS service health dashboard.


  • ?Is my BookSite optimized for search engines/Google

    EasyBookSite technology follows Google's best practices and we offer straight out of the box Search Engine Optimization. 


    Search engine optimization (SEO) is the process of improving the visibility of a website or a web page in a search engine's un-paid search results. Sometimes this is called "natural" or "organic" traffic. The better your site's SEO, the more likely it is to rank well in search results.


    The information you input in our SmartForm will auto-sync with the code fields for title and description,  this makes it easier for search engines to know what your sites are about so they can be displayed higher on search result pages (SERPs). 


    Once published, we submit your BookSite automatically to Google's indexing bot-squad and tell them to get busy, there's new content to crawl. 



  • ?How can I sync my contacts with Google Sheets

    Use the Google Sheets integration to instantly add contact form submission data to a spreadsheet. All contact fields in the form will be populated into the spreadsheet, including a time stamp of when the form was submitted.
